General Terms & Conditions

  1. Fill the complete form as incomplete application form shall be disqualified. After completing form, submit the form to get register.
  2. Furnishing of false, wrong or inaccurate information may lead to cancellation of the Test result, forfeiture of the certificate and even prosecution in appropriate cases.
  3. Candidate required applying once for a particular exam. More than one application submission from a candidate for a particular exam shall be considered as disqualify. His/her candidature shall liable to be cancelled and may also be barred for future examination(s).
  4. The Validity Period of TQT qualifying certificate for appointment will be seven years from the date of declaration of its result for all categories,
  5. There is no restriction on the number of attempts a person can take for acquiring a TQT Certificate. A person who has qualified TQT may also appear again for improving his/her score
  6. During the examination invigilator will check Admit Card of all the candidates to verify the identity of the candidate. The invigilator will also put his/her signatures on TQT Examination Sheet.
  7. The candidates shall report at the Examination Centre 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination. Candidate report at the examination centre after scheduled time shall not be allowed to sit in Paper. Made prior to the commencement of Examination to avoid confusion.

  9. Candidates shall maintain proper silence and attend their Question Paper only. Any conversation or gesticulation or disturbance in the Examination Room/Hall shall be deemed as misbehavior. If a candidate is found using unfair means or impersonating, his/her candidature shall be cancelled and he/she will be liable to be debarred for taking examination either permanently or for a specified period according to the nature of offence. If any candidate is in possession of any item(s) as mentioned above, his/her candidature for current examination will be cancelled and also liable to be debarred for future examination(s).
  10. No request for re-checking, re-assessment, re-evaluation or scrutiny of TQT exam shall be entertained. No correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.
Candidates are not allowed to carry:-
  1. any stationery item like textual material (printed or written), bits of papers, Geometry/Pencil Box, Plastic Pouch, Calculator, Scale, Writing Pad, Pen drives, Eraser, Calculator, Log Table, Electronic Pen/scanner, Cardboard etc.
  2. Any communication devices like Mobile phones, Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager, Health band etc.
  3. Any Watch/Wrist watch, Camera, wallet, goggles, handbags etc.
  4. Any other item which could be used for unfair means and for hiding communication devices/gadgets like Camera, Bluetooth device etc.
  5. Smoking, chewing gutka, spiting etc. in the Examination Hall/Room is strictly prohibited.
  6. Tea, coffee, cold drinks or snacks are not allowed to be taken into the examination rooms during examination hours.
  7. The candidates must bring their own ball point pen (Black/Blue) of good quality as this time PEN will not be supplied by the Board. Use of pencil is strictly prohibited and Exam shall be rejected and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
  8. The test will start exactly at the time mentioned in the Admit Card and an announcement to this effect will be made by the invigilator. Candidates will start examination only after the announcement of the invigilator.
  9. Candidates should not leave the room/hall without handing over their Answer Sheets to the Invigilator on duty and sign the attendance sheet.
  10. All disputes pertaining to the conduct of TQT shall fall within the jurisdiction of Delhi only.

Payment Terms and Conditions

  2. The mode of payment should be via Bank transfer, cheque or Demand draft only. No cash payment would be entertained. In case of a cheque payment, if the cheque gets dishonored, a charge of Rs. 280 per cheque needs to be paid. Examination fee payment from other states can be made through via Bank transfer only to Trust bank account.
  3. In case of failure of online payment made via credit/debit card or bank transfer, the amount will be refunded to concerned mode of payment within a week. Those candidates need to pay the fee again. The candidate will get an acknowledgement receipt for successful payment.
  4. Please note that fee submitted by any other mode like money order, demand draft, IPO etc. will be rejected. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
