Registration Process for TQT exam online

• Log on to TQT official website: https://tqt.co.in/

• Click “Apply TQT Exam” and open the link

• Before proceeding, Candidate should go through the eligibility criteria and make sure that he/she qualifies the TQT exam eligibility process. In case of ineligibility, the candidate is solely responsible for his/her disqualification. Trust shall not consider the application of any ineligible candidate.

• Fill required details such as Name, Parents details, Exam name, qualification details, address, and contact details, date of birth, gender, category and nationality.

• Please be careful while entering your details as particulars cannot be changes/edited once the examination fee has been submitted. No request for any further change in details will be entertains by the trust under any circumstances

• The Board of Trust will not be responsible for any consequences arising out of non-acceptance of any correction/addition/deletion in any particular once filled in the Application Form whatsoever the reasons may be.

• No change will be accepted through offline mode i.e. through fax/application or by email etc. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained. Please note that no request for any change in particular will be accepted under any circumstances.

• Candidate needs to select mode of payment before submitting the form online.

• Fee once remitted shall not be refunded or adjusted for future test under any circumstances.

• Upload scanned Images of latest Photograph and Signature in jpeg format, not more than 100kb (Size-3.5cm-width x 4.5cm-height). Application form without picture shall consider as complete and disqualified.

• Upload scanned copy of your latest qualification documents in support of your application.

• Fill the complete form as incomplete application form shall be disqualified. After completing form, submit the form to get register.

• After submission, a registration number / application no will be generated. Candidates are required to note down the same subsequent login to the system.

• Candidates are required to create a password to complete their login process. Password must be 8 to 13 characters long, must have at least one upper case, one lower case, one numeric value and one special character (!@#$%^^&*-)

• To maintain password privacy, candidates are advised not to disclose or share password with anyone. Expodian Educational and Welfare Trust will not be responsible for any violation or misuse of the password of a candidate.

• Make payment of examination fee via debit/credit card or net banking.

• Print acknowledgement receipt for your record and future correspondence.

• Candidates are required to select a medium of language (Hindi/English) for TQT Examination. No request for change of medium will be entertained under any circumstances.

• Candidate may select two different options for Examination Centers in cities in order of preference from 1st and 2nd where he/she wishes to appear for the test. The choice of Examination centre city shall not be same. In case the number of candidates in any of the notified centre city is very less for running the Examination centre or any other specific reason, the Board as its discretion may not conduct the Examination in City and the Candidate who opted that city as 1st Choice may be 2nd allotted Examination Centers in other city opted choice or any other city.

• Differently able candidates required to select differently-able drop down menu box: for Locomotor Impaired (Ortho), for Hearing & Speech Impaired (Deaf & Dumb) and for Visually Impaired (Blind)

• Furnishing of false, wrong or inaccurate information may lead to cancellation of the Test result, forfeiture of the certificate and even prosecution in appropriate cases.

• Candidate required applying once for a particular exam. More than one application submission from a candidate for a particular exam shall be considered as disqualify. His/her candidature shall liable to be cancelled and may also be barred for future examination(s).

• The Validity Period of TQT qualifying certificate for appointment will be seven years from the date of declaration of its result for all categories,

• There is no restriction on the number of attempts a person can take for acquiring a TQT Certificate. A person who has qualified TQT may also appear again for improving his/her score

• During the examination invigilator will check Admit Card of all the candidates to verify the identity of the candidate. The invigilator will also put his/her signatures on TQT Examination Sheet.

• The candidates shall report at the Examination Centre 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination. Candidate report at the examination centre after scheduled time shall not be allowed to sit in Paper. Made prior to the commencement of Examination to avoid confusion.

• The candidates are advised to read the instructions on the admit card carefully and follow them during the conduct of the examination.

• Candidates shall maintain proper silence and attend their Question Paper only. Any conversation or gesticulation or disturbance in the Examination Room/Hall shall be deemed as misbehavior. If a candidate is found using unfair means or impersonating, his/her candidature shall be cancelled and he/she will be liable to be debarred for taking examination either permanently or for a specified period according to the nature of offence. If any candidate is in possession of any item(s) as mentioned above, his/her candidature for current examination will be cancelled and also liable to be debarred for future examination(s).

• No request for re-checking, re-assessment, re-evaluation or scrutiny of TQT exam shall be entertained. No correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.

• Candidates are not allowed to carry:-

• any stationery item like textual material (printed or written), bits of papers, Geometry/Pencil Box, Plastic Pouch, Calculator, Scale, Writing Pad, Pen drives, Eraser, Calculator, Log Table, Electronic Pen/scanner, Cardboard etc.

• Any communication devices like Mobile phones, Bluetooth, Earphones, Microphone, Pager, Health band etc.

• Any Watch/Wrist watch, Camera, wallet, goggles, handbags etc.

• Any other item which could be used for unfair means and for hiding communication devices/gadgets like Camera, Bluetooth device etc.

• Smoking, chewing gutka, spiting etc. in the Examination Hall/Room is strictly prohibited.

• Tea, coffee, cold drinks or snacks are not allowed to be taken into the examination rooms during examination hours.

• The candidates must bring their own ball point pen (Black/Blue) of good quality as this time PEN will not be supplied by the Board. Use of pencil is strictly prohibited and Exam shall be rejected and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.

• The test will start exactly at the time mentioned in the Admit Card and an announcement to this effect will be made by the invigilator. Candidates will start examination only after the announcement of the invigilator.

• Candidates should not leave the room/hall without handing over their Answer Sheets to the Invigilator on duty and sign the attendance sheet.

• All disputes pertaining to the conduct of TQT shall fall within the jurisdiction of Delhi only.

Payment Terms and Conditions

• The mode of payment should be via Bank transfer, cheque or Demand draft only. No cash payment would be entertained. In case of a cheque payment, if the cheque gets dishonored, a charge of Rs. 280 per cheque needs to be paid. Examination fee payment from other states can be made through via Bank transfer only to Trust bank account (Need to add bank details).

• In case of failure of online payment made via credit/debit card or bank transfer, the amount will be refunded to concerned mode of payment within a week. Those candidates need to pay the fee again. The candidate will get an acknowledgement receipt for successful payment.

• Please note that fee submitted by any other mode like money order, demand draft, IPO etc. will be rejected. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
